Description

Do you want to know the average quality level of the finished products before shipment? Let us call it an Ex-factory QC inspection, the inspection to be done before the goods is ready to leave the factory.

We can do a Final Random Inspection, which is done after all productions had been finished, and at least 70% packed inside the master cartons. The Ex-factory Inspection will normally check:

Quantity of each item/styles, and their production statuses: finished? Semi-finished? Packed? Unpacked?
Assortments;
Opening the master cartons: step by step until you see the actual products in different angles;
Carton markings, measurements, weight;
Gift Box inspection: artwork, color, printing, wording etc.;
Barcode check to see if they are correct and readable;
Product specs check: color, sizes, accessories;
Onsite tests: safety, functions, regulations, fitting etc.

The ex-factory quality inspection is very useful and practical in quality management. It saves cost too when you find some issues you can ask the factory to fix immediately.

Please find below for a comprihensive checklist fyi:

For each button function, including power on/off, volume +/-, forward/backward.
Perform a check for blue tooth range and phone check(6-10m) -S2
Perform wobble test, put the unit on the flat surface, the unit should not tip or wobble during the test.
Perform an endurance test (life test) during the whole inspection period
Internal performance check. –S1
Talkback function: MIC
Battery Voltage / Capacity: 5V +/- 0.5V
output power: 2M (1K HZ, THD 10%)
Perform a Hi-pot testing -II
Perform the standard power test-II
Power consumption check:3Wx2(W=U2/R)
